What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
Understanding what you can expect at an appointment will help make the process more pleasant for both you and your pet.
Get Settled
Please arrive about 10 minutes early to check in with our front desk and update any information that has changed since your last appointment.
Meet Your Veterinarian
One of our team members will review your pet's history and discuss their issues with you. You'll be able to ask any questions you want, and we'll dedicate time to answering them.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
Once a veterinarian has assessed your pet, they will work with you to determine a treatment plan for your pet. Following your visit, we will develop a detailed report of our diagnosis, the discussion we had with you, and your pet's treatment plan. This information will be kept for your reference.

Our Pet Care Philosophy
For the past 45 years, our team of highly qualified vets has been delighted to serve the Woodstock community under the leadership of Dr. Gord Yates and Dr. Glen Yates.
Following their retirement, we are excited to continue building on the proud legacy the Yates brothers have established. We continue to grow our team of skilled vets to provide the high-quality veterinary service and compassionate care you've come to expect from us.
Our comprehensive services range from preventive, surgical and emergency care to diagnostics. We're also passionate about providing client education and advice you can trust. We look forward to seeing you and your furry friend soon.
